As Sr. Director of Strategy and Planning at Global Health Labs (GH Labs), Parvathy sets and oversees the strategic direction that ensures mission impact. In this role, she leads teams which manage strategy development, program management and impact measurement functions for GH Labs, collaborating closely across the organization and with partners including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Gates Ventures etc.

Previously, Parvathy was a Principal at Sattva Consulting in India, where she led multiple functions while working closely with social impact sector and community-level stakeholders in education, healthcare, livelihoods, and gender equity. Prior to Sattva, Parvathy held various business leadership roles in the US private and public sectors, ranging in size from startups and Fortune-500 companies (including IQVIA and Amazon) to government organizations.

Parvathy is a first-generation college graduate, earning her MBA from the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management and BS in Engineering from Mumbai University in India.
