As Director of Engineering at Global Health Labs (GH Labs), Ming Dong leverages her extensive experience in end-to-end product development to design technological innovations for primary healthcare facilities in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs).

With over 15 years of innovation and development experience at Johnson & Johnson, Ming held positions spanning product development, R&D strategy, and technical operations, contributing across a wide range of products including connected devices, digital solutions, and point-of-care devices.

Ming received a BS in Biomedical and Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from New York University.
