As Director of Finance and Accounting at Global Health Labs (GH Labs), Kate Cullen is responsible for our financial and accounting functions, including financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting and compliance. Additionally, she serves as a key contact for external partners and other key stakeholders.

Prior to joining GH Labs, Kate worked for nearly 20 years at the University of Washington—most recently as Senior Associate Athletic Director and Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. There, she oversaw a $135 million annual operating budget and the team driving finance, accounting, procurement, technology, and equipment operations. Prior to that, Kate was the Assistant Dean for Finance and Facilities at the UW Foster School of Business. 

Kate earned her Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at the University of Massachusetts and her MPA in Public Policy and Non-Profit Management from the University of Washington.
