As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Global Health Labs (GH Labs), Davina Inslee oversees all legal matters, including contracts, technology transfer, patent administration, tax planning, regulatory, corporate governance, and compliance.

Prior to GH Labs, Davina was Counsel at Davis Wright Tremaine with a practice focused on technology product development and commercialization, intellectual property licensing, compliance, and distribution. Previously in her career, she served as Chief Counsel at Global Good, an investment fund of Intellectual Ventures, and as Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Vulcan, Inc., with both roles focused on enabling the development of transformative technologies to improve human health and development. In addition, Davina served as in-house counsel for T-Mobile and Light Sciences Corporation, and as an associate at Perkins Coie and Sachnoff & Weaver, Ltd.

Davina earned her JD from Indiana University and BS in Biological Sciences from Purdue University.
